This second room at SLS Playa Mujeres is perfect for the kids — a spacious SLS Elite Ocean View Rooftop suite with two queen beds and panoramic Caribbean Sea views. The children will love having their own space to unwind after a full day of beach, pool, and resort activities.

Both rooms have been confirmed under the same reservation and share the same check-in and check-out dates. When you arrive at the hotel, present both confirmation numbers to the front desk to ensure a smooth check-in for the whole family. The minimum check-in age policy is enforced — adult guests must be present at check-in.

✈️ Arrival Instructions
After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, follow signs to exit the terminal. Do not engage with airport greeters inside the terminal, even if they claim to be with Amstar.
Look for Amstar representatives in bright blue shirts with the Amstar logo outside the terminal, holding signs. They will check you in and guide you to your transfer vehicle.
If you cannot locate an Amstar rep, call the Amstar office immediately: +52 998 881 9500
If your luggage is delayed, have one person from your group notify the representative or driver.
🏨 Departure Instructions
Without Amstar Connect: Visit the Amstar representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm your return transfer, pick-up time, and location.
With Amstar Connect: You'll receive an email 72 hours before departure confirming your flight and return transfer info, plus a reminder the evening before, and a real-time alert when your ride arrives.
Be checked out and at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Important: Flight Changes
If your arrival or departure flight changes, call the Amstar office immediately. Changes are generally not allowed within 2–5 hours of your scheduled pick-up time (varies by hotel location) unless your flight is fully canceled. Amstar contact: +52 998 881 9500. Please ensure your travel advisor has your accurate arrival times — if those times change, contact Ski Haus Travel right away so the transfer company can be updated.

🛂 International Travel ID Requirements
All international passengers — regardless of age — must present a valid, non-expired U.S. passport at flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry. This applies to all five members of the Miller family, including the children. Airlines may also require additional documentation for minors traveling with guardians — contact your air carrier to confirm. Failure to provide proper documents may result in denied boarding with no refund.
🚫 FAA Hazardous Materials Policy
Federal law prohibits transporting hazardous materials on aircraft. This includes explosives, flammable liquids, compressed gases, oxidizers, poisons, and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, and certain batteries. Violations carry penalties of up to $250,000 and imprisonment. Small quantities of medicinal/toilet articles (up to 70 oz total) in checked luggage are permitted. Review the TSA prohibited items list before packing.
